The brief was straightforward and demanding in equal measure: create a supermarket hair care brand that women would actually want in their bathroom. Working with Coles and The Contenders, Sol Studio took Zena from naming strategy to production developing the brand positioning, identity system, structural packaging design, and managing print through to shelf. The result was a nationally listed range that earned Gold at the Melbourne Design Awards 2022.
